The house has been completely refurbished in 2014. Villa Nice has 400 m2 and has more than 10.000 m2 of plot with private walled land and has some of the best views in Ibiza.The infinity pool is 15m x 4m and includes a jacuzzi area for 12 people. Large terraces also surround the villa and there are approximately 2000 sqm of gardens area for enjoyment. The villa has automatic colored LED mood lighting illuminates the main pool at night in multiple colors as well as the surrounding gardens.
Alongside the main large infinity pool, the villa offers a second shallow pool area and fountains which surrounds a large sail shaded chill-out island with two super king sized external beds. There is also an amazing sea sunset views to Cala Comte.
