Can Solet is a comfort villa, in a very quiet area of San Rafael. It is on a fantastic estate covering 170,000 m2 and is especially suited to travellers looking for a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Its location in the centre of Ibiza means you can get to the island’s main beauty spots and attractions quickly and easily.  Just 8 min from Ibiza town.

The villa was completely restored in 2008 and we are continuing to make improvements every year to provide the very best for our guests. The house covers 180 m2 (terraces not included), spread over two floors, and comfortably sleeps 8 people. There is an intruder alarm, ADSL WiFi Internet service, telephone, air conditioning and heating. The accommodation comprises living/dining room, kitchen, 4  bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, garden area and swimming pool.

BEDROOMS:

All four bedrooms have air conditioning incorporating heating, which can be controlled for a comfortable temperature. Three of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan, two have double beds (150 cm wide) and the other two have twin beds.

BATHROOMS:

Bathroom I: Large bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, hairdryer.

Bathroom II: Large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, bidet.

KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen has a 90 cm 5-ring induction hob, oven (90 cm), microwave, refrigerator, freezer cabinet (100 litres), dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, food mixer. There is sufficient crockery for 12 people and a full set of pots and pans.

LIVING-ROOM/DINING ROOM:

50-inch TV set with plasma screen, Astra satellite TV dish aerial.

TERRACES:

Lower terrace with garden table and chairs for eight people.

The upper terrace has a set of rattan Chill Out sofas.

Both terraces have panoramic views over the garden and the surrounding countryside.

OUTDOOR AREA:

Two thousand metres of landscaped garden and lawns.

Generous-sized swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 metres.
